Dubai’s National Pay, in collaboration with Tuxedo Money Solutions, has teamed up with Noor Bank to launch the world first instantly issued and activated prepaid cards, known as DubaiCard, in the UAE.

The card will be initially available to Dubai residents from National Pay-operated self-service smart issuance kiosks.
These kiosks are located in over 200 convenient locations across shopping malls, public transport locations, government departments as well as offices in Dubai.
Funds can be loaded on to the new MasterCard branded card while it is simultaneously personalised and activated from the kiosk.
The cards can be dispensed from the smart issuance kiosk within minutes for instant use in over 37 million locations and 2.1 million ATMs across the globe where MasterCard is accepted.
