Morpho (Safran), a provider of identity and security solutions, has entered into a strategic collaboration with Banner Plasticard, a card manufacturing firm based in the Philippines.

The alliance is projected to help support Philippines’ banks and financial institutions during the ongoing EMV migration with latest banking card personalisation and manufacturing services.
Morpho will offer personalisation technology to Banner Plasticard, based on industry standards for EMV card operations including data preparation and data generation services.
Banner Plasticard will establish as well as operate a local personalisation centre, and later manufacture EMV cards.
