Payment processing company Moneris Solutions has introduced its PAYD product family, which empower merchants to process secure payments from anywhere, in the US market.

The company launched smartphone-based mobile point-of-sale (mPOS) solutions, PAYD Pro and PAYD, which have no set-up fees, early termination fees or minimum processing limits.

The company is collaborating with BMO Harris Bank to deliver these solutions to its business customers.

Moneris said that PAYD Pro connects the PAYD App with a portable Bluetooth enabled PAYD PIN pad, allowing businesses to transform their smartphone into a mPOS device that supports EMV-chip and signature, contactless and swipe debit and credit card transactions.

PAYD is a solution that processes credit card transactions via swipe technology using the same PAYD App.

Using the PAYD app, businesses can enhance cash flow, access real-time reporting and send digital receipts in an instant via email. The app will allow merchants to boost their customer-base outside of an established storefront environment, the company claimed.
