PASHA Bank, an acquiring partner of the project, has installed modern contactless POS terminals at all restaurants of the chain in order to enable Visa payWave contactless payments.
Consumers have to tap their Visa payWave-enabled card at contactless reader to complete payments at McDonald’s.
The Visa payWave technology simplifies the payment process, allowing quick service of customers, reducing turns at commercial halls and expenditures of enterprises for operations with cash.
In addition, Visa Easy Payments Service has been launched at McDonald’s restaurant, which means that for payments under AZN20 no PIN and signature are required.
