MasterCard has joined forces with UK-based mobile marketing platform Weve to accelerate the development of contactless mobile payments system in the country.
The partnership will offer consumers a convenient way to make payments by tapping their mobile phone at the point of purchase.

Through Weve’s payments platform, MasterCard will provide technology and integration services to banks and financial institutions to offer customers secure contactless mobile payments.
