Mastercard has introduced a new card programme for small businesses, which is available across Mastercard Business and World Elite offerings in the US.
The company partnered with Intuit to automatically bring new benefits and business management tools to small business owners.

Under the programmes, users will get product discounts from Intuit, automatic savings on business expenses such as recruiting, travel and dining, among others.
Mastercard said that the savings are applied automatically, eliminating the need to keep track of points redemption or increasing bonus points.
Mastercard executive vice-president of core products Amnah Ajmal said: “Mastercard is developing solutions that leverage advanced technologies, partnerships and industry alliances to provide small business owners with the resources they need and the seamless experience they deserve.”
Small business owners will have access to Intuit’s QuickBooks Online platform for smart connections and cash flow management, and TurboTax that will allow saving of up to $20 on TurboTax federal tax products.

By GlobalDataIn addition, cardholders will get personalised business assistant, Mastercard ID Theft Protection and Easy Savings programme with automatic savings on every day expenses.
Furthermore, Business Mastercard users will receive Mastercard Cellular Telephone Protection.
In alliance with Itemize Corp, the card company will offer a mobile app that can be used by small business cardholders to track paper and digital receipts, capture purchase data, categorise their expenses and view/export customised reports.
