JetPay Card Services, a unit of Pennsylvania-based provider of vertically integrated solutions JetPay, has launched a new Money Access VISA Prepaid Card (MAC).
MAC is a general purpose reloadable (GPR) prepaid card that acts like a checkless checking account and can be used by customers with or without bank account to perform everyday shopping, budgeting, bill payment and other financial transactions.

The cards will initially be rolled out for employees and employers that are clients for JetPay’s payroll processing business, JetPay Payroll Services.
JetPay offers two pricing options, MAC One for customers without bank account and MAC Choice for customers having a bank account.
Both the cards are reloadable and can accept deposits from employers, tax refunds, government payments and cash through the GreenDot network.
The MAC comes with a fee of $1 a month or free depending on option selected and has no swipe fees.
