iZettle, the Swedish financial technology company that serves small businesses in Europe and Latin America has launched its new e-commerce platform, allowing merchants to sell in-store, online and on-the-go, all from one place

The platform will enable small business owners to set up and customise a new webshop and can start selling their wares across multiple channels online. These channels can include social media, blogs and existing websites.

iZettle E-commerce is available in the UK as part of the iZettle Go PLUS full-feature package that costs £29 ($42) per month. Small business owners who take up this offer will benefit from a full overview of in-store and online sales in one place. The inventory will be automatically updated after each sale.

The platform will also enhance the productivity of data, enabling merchants to harness data properly to maximise sales and offer a better customer experience.

Jacob de Geer, CEO and co-founder at iZettle, stated: “This is iZettle’s biggest product launch since 2011 and it is a huge moment for us.

“Today’s consumers expect businesses to be present both offline and online, and half of iZettle’s users currently don’t have an online shop and the other half struggle with different complex online systems. iZettle E-commerce solves these problems, helping small businesses find new customers and sell more – all from one place.”
