Integrim, a provider of development and integration Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, has entered an agreement with international manufacturer Soprema.

Under the terms of the deal, Integrim provides Soprema with the automation of numerous suppliers’ invoices and cheques, alongside associated stubs with its SenSaaS Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solution.

SenSaaS is a BPO solution in the cloud for approximately 5 years, operated by Integrim. The platform offers a service for automation of accounts ayables (AP), accounts receivables (AR), purchase orders (POs) and cheque management.

Francois Martin, controller at Soprema, commented: "Using SenSaas, we’ve discovered how to reassign our employees to increased value added work for our company.

"On top of the process, we also re-evaluate our accounts receivable and been able to quickly improve our relations with our clients," he continued.

Andre Dennis, Integrim CTO, also said: "Soprema has quickly understood the benefits to use our BPO for Finance Dept. We developed a simple and easy way to automate business rules for non-POs invoices.
