Cache, a US-based integrated lifestyle women’s apparel retailer, has selected Ingenico to revamp its in-store payment acceptance and customer check-out service.

Known as iSC 350 Signature Capture Pad, Ingenico’s multimedia capable device will be equipped with large colour display and a secure processor to support the retailer’s payment solution.

More than 400 iSC 350 devices have been already deployed across Caché’s 250 stores in the US.

Caché executive vice president and CFO, Anthony DiPippa, said: "By choosing to equip our current in-store payment acceptance infrastructure with Ingenico’s iSC 350 multimedia capable devices, we are seeking to provide a way to connect with our loyal customers.

"This move will also give us the ability to drive conversion rates by introducing impactful brand marketing and tailored promotions at the point of sale."

In a move to expand the consumers’ payment options including EMV chip cards, contactless, and NFC-based mobile transactions at checkout, Ingenico will also provide Caché with multi-media brand building capabilities and acceptance of additional payment forms.
