India’s HDFC bank has launched two
high-end credit cards for doctors called Doctor’s Superia and
Doctor’s Platinum that come with a loyalty scheme and offer
lifestyle benefits.
The bank said these premium credit cards are
designed to cater to the lifestyle, travel and other needs of
doctors.
Parag Rao, business head, credit cards and

“We have always believed in offering every
Indian a product he wants. Doctor’s card is another step in that
direction. Doctors play an important role in our lives and society,
we acknowledge that they are special and need a product that makes
their life easier.”
The bank announced that Doctors Superia
cardholders will be able to access more than 600 airport lounges
around the world, irrespective of the preferred airlines or
class.
Cardholders of both the Superia and the
Platinum schemes will also benefit from the reward point redemption
across all major airlines in India and both have welcome benefits
in the form of accrued points.
