IFAN Financial, a mobile payments company, has entered into a strategic relationship with Florida-based The Card Collaborative International (TCCI) to support its Quidme debit card program.

Under the agreement, TCCI will assist IFAN Financial’s Mobicash America subsidiary with services including Customer Identification Program (CIP), Office of Foreign Control Program (OFAC), card program risk assessment, and call centre management.
TCCI will also facilitate IFAN Financial to finalize third-party processor agreements and open bank settlement accounts for the firm.
Additionally, IFAN Financial will seek supervision for card manufacturing, white card testing and for securing POS or ATM network approval, from TCCI.
IFAN Financial CFO Steve Scholl said: "TCCI offers IFAN Financial an innovative suite of solutions which will help us build the back-office capabilities and banking functionality to launch the Quidme platform. Developing this infrastructure will also support the efforts of our iPin Technologies subsidiary in the mobile payments space."
