Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) has unveiled new loyalty program for its credit card holders in collaboration with Avios, a travel rewards company.
Under the reward scheme, the international GTBank credit card holders, who are also members of the British Airways Executive Club Program, can use their cards to pay for shoping using point of sale (POS) terminals.

The program allows members to collect Avios when they book a flight or shop with its partners as well as while spending with their GTBank credit card.
As per the new GTBank credit card loyalty scheme, every card holder can collect one Avios for every $2 on qualified spends on the card.
GTBank managing director Segun Agbaje said, "At GTBank, we believe that it is important to anticipate our customers’ desires, and tailor the most rewarding experiences for them."
