Global Payments, a provider of payment technology services, has partnered with talech, a cloud-based POS solution, to provide an industry-leading EMV tablet solution for its US merchants.
The solution when combined with the Ingenico iCMP device enables merchants to benefit from both EMV and contactless technology services.

The EMV solution aims to provide Global Payments’ US customers security and flexibility in a wide range of applications with a single device.
Global Payments said that customers using talech’s cloud-based POS will be able to accept all payment types including swipe, chip-and-pin, chip-and-signature, as well as contactless transactions via Apple Pay, Android Pay and Samsung Pay with an iPad.
