The software developed through the collaboration will utilize First Data’s VisionPLUS and AccessPLUS and third-party solutions to help clients in various sectors including financial services, retail, public sector, telecommunications and media, to grow their businesses and mitigate risk factors.
Capgemini will perform strategic roles in the alliance as a value added reseller, payment processor and managed services provider in several global markets besides becoming a holder of a developer license to offer development services and systems integration services to First Data’s VisionPLUS and AccessPLUS licensees.
The new solutions will provide enhanced servicing and channel integration, and will improve local payment solutions coverage for clients around the world.
