Payment technologies provider EVO Payments has acquired Delego Software, a developer of integrated payment solutions for merchants using SAP’s ERP solutions.

Delego, which was established in 1997 as an SAP consulting business, is currently one of key suppliers of SAP integrated payments for B2B clients.

Delego acquisition will SAP enterprise application software to EVO’s existing portfolio of ERP integrations.

It is also expected to broaden EVO’s proprietary B2B payments offering to new as well as existing clients.

EVO Americas president Brendan Tansill said: “We are excited to announce EVO’s acquisition of Delego. Delego brings us additional integrations and product capabilities, enhancing our B2B offering on a worldwide basis.

“We look forward to leveraging Delego’s secure cloud-based solutions as part of our B2B payments offering as this underpenetrated market continues to experience significant growth.”

The company did not reveal the terms of the acquisition.

EVO has presence in 50 markets across the world and processes payments in 150 currencies.
