Euronet has acquired the ATM network of
Diebold in Poland.

Diebold’s ATM distribution network spans 535
machines and over 350 retailer contracts for certain sites where
the ATMs are currently installed.

This venture increases Euronets total owned
and managed ATM network in Poland, amounting to more than 3,500
devices.

This is the first time that a network of
independently deployed ATMs has surpassed the ATM network size of
any bank in the market in Poland, Euronet said.

Euronet has been deploying ATMs in Poland
since the 1990s. Its ATM network includes agreements with 18 Polish
banks.
