Equity Bank of Kenya has launched an ATM Card for Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU) that also acts as IDs for students.

The new card will act as a meal card, library card, access card and debit card.
Wilson Sseruwagi of Equity Bank Uganda said that the campus card is fitted with two wallets; the Tuition and personal Wallet.
"The tuition wallet is used to make tuition/ fees payments only. You can also supplement payments from the tuition wallet with funds from the personal wallet," Sseruwagi added.
He said that money under the tuition wallet can only be accessed in the terminal at the finance/bursar’s office only.
