The international payments division of Equiniti Group has teamed up with financial messaging services provider SWIFT to enhance customer experience.
Equiniti Business Payment Services signed the agreement with SWIFT at Sibos London 2019, the annual banking and financial conference.
As part of the collaboration, Equiniti Business Payment Services joins SWIFT Alliance to deliver a suite of products and services including cost-effective payment methods.
It will enable Equiniti Business Payment Services’ cross-border service to offer customers with the ability to stop and recall payments.
Additionally, it will help the cross-border service, which leverages SWIFT gpi technology, to accelerate turnaround time in resolving failed or pending payments.
Equiniti customers can now access an interface, supported by SWIFTRef, to search and view all the variables linked to a particular currency and payment method across countries.
