Enacomm, a customer interactions technology provider, has entered into an agreement with PayForward, a new social financial platform, to host a customer self-service solution for it.
PayForward will employ Enacomm’s analytics and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology, Engage, to maximize and manage the IVR system in key areas including management, reporting, data integration and analytics.

Enacomm’s self and assisted-service solutions, to be delivered as hosted, on-premise, or on-demand services through the cloud-help organizations, will also cut costs.
PayForward Customer Experience vice president Steve Sullivan said: "Personalized, intelligent voice interactions enabled by Enacomm perfectly complement the convenience of PayForward’s website and mobile app."
