Emailage, a fraud prevention company, has teamed up with Alpha Payments Cloud (APC) to integrate its technology into Alpha Payment Cloud’s omni-channel solution platform AlphaHub.
As part of the alliance, international banks and merchants connected via the AlphaHub will benefit from Emailage’s ability to detect risky transactions by analyzing the email address provided.

The integration will benefit customers from quick, accurate fraud prevention technology in addition to the other powerful payments and solution providers on the platform.
In addition, Emailage will allow APC customers to identify trustworthy emails based on positive historical data and also enable them to expedite those orders.
Also, APC customers will have access to Emailage’s solution by flipping on the functionality in the AlphaHub product.
The deal will provide APC customers a solution that combines a hub of transaction and commerce providers with Emailage’s intelligent risk assessment.

Emailage utilizes multiple technologies including machine learning to proactively detect which emails are associated with certain patterns. The technology has saved customers $150m in confirmed fraud in 2014.
