Diversus Payment Solutions, a transaction solutions provider, has signed a distributor/software integrator deal with XAC Automation Corporation of Taiwan for the distribution of XAC products in the US and Canada.
The agreement will see Diversus use XAC’s product line in Canada and the US to supply Independent Sales Organizations (ISO’s) and Payments Processor’s a cost-effective payment terminal platform.

Diversus will also supply the Diversus developed payment application that supports all EMV contact and contactless solutions such as Interac Flash, Visa Paywave as well as MasterCard PayPass transactions.
In addition, the company will deploy transaction terminals designed for use in stand-alone countertop, semi-integrated counter, wireless along with unattended kiosk applications.
