Payments solutions provider Cuscal has selected fintech solutions provider Fiserv to extend its services to include more automated, integrated cash and ATM network management capabilities.
Cuscal will deploy Fiserv’s Integrated Currency Manager, Device Manager and Terminal Connect solutions.
Integrated Currency Manager is a cash management solution that forecasts customer demand and automates processes.
While Device Manager and Terminal Connect offers multi-vendor device management capabilities, which automates the process of detecting and resolving problems across self-service device networks, including ATMs, smart safes and cash recyclers.
As part of the agreement, Fiserv will provide Cuscal with an integrated management solution for cash optimisation, incident management and remote management of their ATM network.
The solution will enable Cuscal better manage supply chain costs, detect and resolve problems, and enable its users to effectively manage cash in real time, the technology company said.

Cuscal general manager of product & service Adrian Lovney said: "Fiserv solutions will help make our device management easier and more efficient and support the growth of our extended network of multi-vendor ATMs."
