Cuscal Limited, an Australia-based payments solutions provider, has selected Wirecard as its solution partner for its next generation acquiring and issuing processing business.

Cuscal offers payment services to over 100 banks, mutual sector organizations, airlines and other firms in Australia. It currently processes around 14% of EFT transactions in Australia and manages one third of the country’s ATMs and over 5.5 million debit, credit and prepaid cards.

Wirecard said that its solution is based on a modular architecture and will assist latest innovations in card and mobile payments.
