Spain’s postal service provider Correos has collaborated with Prepaid Financial Services (PFS), an issuer and programme manager of physical and virtual prepaid card products, to introduce the contactless Correos Prepago MasterCard card in Spain.

The alliance will see PFS offering the complete prepaid solution, which includes BIN sponsorship, programme management, end-to-end technology solution as well as customer service support.
The new card, which is a general spend prepaid MasterCard available in EUR, has been equipped with contactless technology.
Correos Prepago card can be loaded via credit and debit card online or at any of the Correos branches in Spain. It has been designed to help consumers reap savings as only the amount loaded to the card can be spent.
Cardholders can use the card to make payments online and on the high street, and to withdraw cash from ATMs, wherever the MasterCard Logo is displayed.
