A glance at the programme for the forthcoming
CARTES & Identification trade show 2010 shows that contactless
technology is ready to revolutionise the world of cards and
payments.

The show – which brings together more than a
dozen individual conferences and a huge exhibition in a single
location – will feature speakers covering every aspect of payment
processing technology, but it is the development of contactless
that is likely to be the central talking point.

CARTES & Identification 2010 will take
place in Paris on December 7-9 2010. As well as featuring two full
days of discussion on NFC and contactless technology, the
conferences will also tackle card security, mobile payments
technology, prepaid cards and customer loyalty schemes.
