UAE’s Computer Network Systems (CNS) has roped in CSF International (CSFi) as a regional reseller to provide consulting, training, support and implementation expertise for the sales and distribution of SWITCHWARE and other CSFi supporting products used for ATM driving and electronic debit and credit payments management solutions in the Middle East.
A new master value added reseller (MVAR) agreement to this effect was signed between two companies.
CNS has more than 35 bank clients in the GCC region, servicing several of the UAE’s leading banks for over 16 years. It has developed an Omni channel platform that offers enhanced customer experience, a trend leading the future branches concepts, by availing the real time customer service into the ATM and converting the ATM into a profit centre.
CSFi sales and marketing vice president Tony Cappadora said: "CNS’s proven ability to provide its clients with the rapid roll-out of turnkey, state-of-the-art technology and a stellar record of customer support, were some of the key factors in CSFi’s decision to partner with the firm."
Ayman Basha, CNS banking solutions head said: "This business engagement will enrich the overall product portfolio for both CNS & CSFi and will provide our customers in MENA region a new banking experience in a more simple, innovative and convenient way (OMNI channels concept)."
