Clinc, a US-based conversational AI training platform provider, has joined forces with Visa to offer its AI technology to payments and banking institutions across the world.
Following the deal, financial institutions that use Visa APIs can enable Clinc’s voice-first digital banking technology for their credit card clients.
Clinc delivers a full suite of multi-language conversational AI platform, with a containment rate of 90%.
Using the platforms, users can converse with their bank account in a natural and conversational way.
Users can converse without any special keywords, phrases to memorise or templated questions to learn, the company claims.
Within a bank’s mobile app, users can check balances, transactions and spending history using voice.
