Central Bank of India has launched a new EMV chip based credit card product, called Aspire Credit Card.

The bank said that the new product will be secured against term deposits held by customers with the bank.

With this new product, the bank intends to target young India who wish to own a credit card but are unable to due to factors of recent employment and inadequate income or proof among others.

The features of this credit card product are low service charges, minimum documentation and in built personal accident cover.

Central Bank of India is a commercial bank with a network of 4336 Branches, Asset Recovery Branches (ARB) 9,Retail Asset Branches (RAB) 15 and 26 extension counters along with satelite branches at various centres throughout the country.
