Credit Union Electronic Account Management Services (CEAMS) has selected Everlink Payment Services’ Central Card Issuance (CCI) solution to issue Interac Flash enabled debit cards.

Everlink said that its CCI solution enables financial institutions to reliably and cost-effectively produce contactless and EMV Chip debit cards from a secure central facility, offering distribution options to send the cards directly to the member/customer or to the branch.

Mark Ripplinger, president and CEO at Everlink, said: “Everlink’s industry-leading Central Card Issuance solution was developed with the needs of credit unions in mind.

“With this solution, CEAMS will be able to offer their members across Saskatchewan secure and innovative debit cards leveraging the latest contactless technology while remaining incredibly cost-effective.”

Alister Lowe, general manager of the CEAMS Association, said: “CEAMS is excited to partner with Everlink to bring to our credit unions a debit card product that combines the convenience of Interac Flash and the security of EMV chip technology.
