Voice Commerce Group’s merchant acquiring arm
CashFlows has announced two new appointments in executive
financial and operative positions with the aim of supporting its
business expansion.
James Richardson will be CashFlows’ new chief
financial officer, moving from a similar position at US payment
processor Global Payments. At Global Payments, he led the
acquisition of HSBC’s merchant acquiring business in 2008.

Neil Graham, former UK managing director at
Western Union Business Solutions, will join CashFlows as new
chief operating officer. Before moving to Western Union, Graham
gained a ten-year experience in developing mid-market applications
as senior director and then vice president of the US business
software developer Oracle Corporation.

Nick Ogden said: “With the recent launch of CashFlows’ card
issuing business this is the opportune time to integrate James’
strong payments experience and Neil’s global and senior management
expertise into the company.”
CashFlows launched its prepaid card issuing
service in Europe in August 2012, initially partnering with
the international marketing and media group ROK.
