Card Complete Service Bank, a credit card firm based in Austria, is reportedly planning to acquire UniCredit Bank Austria’s 99.94% stake in DC Bank.

Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed, Reuters reported citing the Federal Competition Authority.

DC Bank sells Diners Club cards in Austria, Germany, Poland, and the Czech and Slovak republics as well as the Austrian Miles & More MasterCard.

Currently, Card Complete Service Bank has more than 1.3 million Visa and MasterCard cardholders and a nationwide network of acceptance points.

The credit card group has also partnered with JCB International to issue Japanese JCB credit cards.
