BTC China has launched a new web app, Picasso ATM, which runs on smartphones and allows users to exchange the digital currency for cash without the need to visit a physical ATM.
In order to use the service, users must first exchange the money with bitcoins and load it into BTC China’s Picasso Wallet and then sell it through the web app.
