Cards distributed to the unemployed will not
be affected by Bank of America’s (BofA) new card fees, the issuer
has confirmed.

Prepaid cards issued by the bank via the South
Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce (DEW) will not be
affected by BofA’s newly-imposed $5 per month debit card usage
fee.
