Bluefin Payment Systems has teamed up with Medtask, a US-based medical practise management software provider, to offer integrated payment processing within its practise management platform.
Merchants will accept payments online through its PayConex virtual terminal, at point of sale (POS), using the company’s hosted payment page, or through a mobile phone or tablet, according to Bluefin.
Through this partnership, Medtask clients will be able to process patient payments within the software interface, set up recurring patient payment plans, secure transactions with tokenisation, and get a PCI-DSS compliant card on file solution.
Medtask CEO, Glen Zwart, said: "Partnering with Bluefin will give our customers a secure, integrated, web-based payment processing solution that increases their efficiency and profitability, allowing customers to focus on their core business."
Additionally, Medtask clients will also be benefited from a transparent and competitive pricing structure, as well as one-on-one support and service provided by Bluefin and Medtask team members.
Founded in 1997, Medtask provides cloud-based services including scheduling, billing, reporting, e-Eligibility, e-Remittance (ERA), and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
