Blockchain.info, a bitcoin wallet and block explorer, has unveiled Merchant App, a new bitcoin payments solution designed specifically to cater merchants.
According to the company, the new app is simple, easy and free, and allows merchants to accept bitcoin payments instantly as well as track incoming payments in real-time.

In order to accept bitcoin payments, users are required to download, install and open the app; set up four-digit PIN number; add bitcoin receiving address, name of business and currency preference.
In the payments tab, the user needs to provide a description and price for items being purchased, and the app will generate a QR code to scan and send the payment.
