Bank Sohar has launched a new value added service and a promotion for its Excel Credit Cards holders.
Dubbed as ‘Travel Now, Pay Later’ the new service enable Bank Sohar Excel Credit Card customers to avail the convenience of paying for flight tickets, accommodation and any other travel related expenses from any merchant, reported Oman Observer.

The service is available for a 12-month installment period, interest free and without any additional fees.
Another the promotional offer known as ‘Shop & Win’ enables Bank Sohar Excel Credit Card customers a chance to enter monthly draws to win great prizes that include electronic gadgets and devices on any purchases of RO 50 or more either through point of sale (POS) or through the Internet.
According to the lender, the exclusive ‘Shop & Win’ promotion and the unique ‘Travel Now, Pay Later’ service, both are available to customers till 30 June 2014.
Bank Sohar dgm & retail banking head R Narasimhan was quoted by the publication as saying, "The holiday season is soon to approach us and we at Bank Sohar understand the stresses and expenses involved when planning a holiday; whether for an individual or the entire family."
