Bank of America (BofA) has extended its deal with the National Education Association (NEA) to offer NEA-branded credit card products to NEA members.

The NEA and BofA partnership started in 1983, when NEA signed an affinity marketing agreement and became one of the first co-branded credit card agreements in the industry.

NEA Member Benefits CEO and president, Gary Phoebus, said endorsing a credit card programme was a new venture back then, but it has really paid off for their members.

Currently, BofA offers the NEA Cash 123 and NEA World Points Rewards credit cards for NEA members.

BofA partner banking and investments executive, Jill Calabrese Bain, said they have partnered with the NEA for more than 30 years, and they look forward to continuing to deliver valuable credit card products and services to its members well into the next decade.
