Bank Alfalah, a Pakistan-based issuer and acquirer of credit cards, has inked an agreement with American Express (AmEx) under which it will exclusively issue the centurion line of AmEx cards and other products and services to consumers and corporates in Pakistan.
Under the agreement, both the companies will provide payment and travel /expense management solutions for individuals and businesses in Pakistan.
The partnership will also allow Bank Alfalah to acquire merchants to deliver a superior customer experience.
The agreement aims to strengthen both the firms’ presence across the country.
Bank Alfalah president and CEO Atif Bajwa said: "This partnership will help us provide industry-leading benefits, access to unique experiences, and global customer care to our customers.
