The Bancorp and ACI Worldwide have teamed up to facilitate real-time payments for corporate disbursements using a Visa-powered platform.
ACI Worldwide will use the Direct Rapid Funds platform, a push-to-card payments technology, to offer quick payments for its corporate customers.
Bancorp developed the Direct Rapid Funds platform, which is supported by the Visa Direct real-time payments solution. Currently, Bancorp enables more than 35 million payment transactions per month.
Bancorp executive vice-president and head of Payment Acceptance Matt Carberry said: “With support from Visa, and through partners such as ACI Worldwide, our Direct Rapid Funds platform enables access to cutting-edge payments solutions for businesses of all sizes through an intuitive and customisable platform.”
