Android Pay has expanded its partnership with payment giant PayPal to allow users enjoy a seamless payment experience online at merchants that accept PayPal.
With this extended partnership, Android Pay users on Chrome mobile web will be able to pay at online merchants using their PayPal account and their fingerprint.

Users do not need to enter their username or password when shopping over an Android phone running OS 4.4 and higher, including KitKat, Lollipop, Marshmallow and Nougat.
PayPal in a blogpost said that merchants on the latest versions of PayPal Checkout do not need to do any integration to use new features.
Google vice president of payments products Pali Bhat said: “Mobile checkout remains one of the biggest sources of friction in the commerce experience, and we’re excited to collaborate with PayPal on enabling streamlined checkout experiences for all Android Pay and PayPal users.”
PayPal chief operating officer Bill Ready said: “This new seamless way to make a purchase with PayPal on Chrome mobile web with an Android device is just one way we’re working to simplify the checkout experience.
