Alliance Data Systems’ Ohio-based card services unit has signed a multi-year deal to offer private label credit card services for Wayfair, an online destination for home furnishings and décor.

Under the terms of the agreement, Alliance Data will develop a tailored card program for Wayfair.

The program will include one credit card that can be used for purchases at all five brands’ websites of Wayfair including Wayfair.com, AllModern, Joss & Main, Birch Lane and DwellStudio.

In addition, the program will include a value proposition that will motivate and reward Wayfair’s loyal customer base.

Alliance Data will align the card program with the Wayfair customer experience as well as develop a customised credit-based loyalty program to recognise and reward cardholders.

This includes reward dollars for purchases that can be applied to future purchases at any Wayfair brand.

The partnership will see digital acquisition tools of Alliance Data integrating seamlessly into the Wayfair customer experience, welcoming new customers to the program. It will also offer Wayfair access to Alliance Data’s full suite of mobile solutions, customer insights and analytics.
