Alliance Data Systems’ Columbus, Ohio-based card services business and Bed Bath & Beyond, a retailer selling a wide assortment of domestic merchandise and home furnishings, have entered into a long-term agreement to develop a co-brand credit card programme.

Under the agreement, Alliance Data will use its data-driven lifecycle marketing approach to develop a customised marketing strategy for Bed Bath & Beyond and each of its concepts. It will also provide custom insights while identifying potential new customers for all of the retailer’s concepts.

The program, which will focus on a multi-channel approach leveraging some of Alliance Data’s proprietary in-store, online and mobile capabilities, will strengthen customer relationships and help drive sales volume at the retailer.
