Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) has launched two co-branded credit cards in collaboration with the holiday business web portal Booking.com.

The two cards, the ADIB Booking.com Visa Signature card and the ADIB Booking.com Visa Infinite card, will reward tech-savvy customers who book their travel arrangements online.

Users signing for either of these two credit cards will automatically be upgraded to Booking.com Genius status, which offers access to additional preferential rates and discounts on Booking.com.

The cardholder and their accomplice can gain access to 650 airport lounges through VISA’s LoungeKey benefit programme.

Both credit cards provide customers with special discounts of 10% or more and additional perks at participating accommodation as part of Booking.com’s Genius Programme, up to 7% cashback on flight spend, and 5% cashback on fuel, as well as ADIB miles on spend, among others.

ADIB head of retail banking Philip King said: “Our research identified travel and an open architecture rewards program as a key requirement for UAE residents.
