Electronic payment provider ACI Worldwide has extended its partnership with UK-based VocaLink for further nine years to offer a flexible managed service for its 24,000 ATMs across the country.
Using ACI’s BASE24 and BASE24-eps ATM driving technologies, VocaLink’s complete managed ATM service will provide enhanced services to its cash machine network and ATM deployer customers.

According to ACI Worldwide, the ATM Managed Service will allow VocaLink’s customers to offer enhanced capabilities to their ATM end-customers, including such features as ATM Helpdesk, ATM Location Database, ATM Switching, International Card Networks and Mobile Phone Top-Up.
