ACI Worldwide, a provider of electronic payment and banking solutions, has posted a net income of $14.78m for the third quarter of 2015, down 6% from $15.73m a year ago.

For the quarter ended 30 September 2015, the company’s revenues declined to $238.7m from $249.6m in the third quarter of 2014.

During the quarter, the company’s overall sales bookings, including term extensions, increased 17% compared to the prior year quarter.

While, new sales bookings, net of term extensions (SNET), increased 6% compared to the year ago quarter.

Adjusted EBITDA of $50m was down from last year’s $66m. Net EBITDA margin in the third quarter of 2015 was 24%, versus 29% in year ago quarter, after adjusting for $27m and $25m of pass through interchange fees in third quarter of 2015 and 2014, respectively.
