ACI is going to disclose details about its
“product roadmap” for its payments solutions in June.
ACI acquired S1 last year, after a series of
rejections from S1. The acquisition was completed in February this
year.

Now ACI is going to host its ACI Exchange
Conference on 5-9 June in Miami and 12-15 June in Monaco, during
which it said it will give insights into how the acquisition of S1
of ACI and S1 has increased the capabilities and expanded the
breadth of ACI’s product portfolio and hosted services,” the
company said.
Philip Heasley, CEO of ACI Worldwide,
said:
“Our newly-combined organisation has a
collaborative focus on providing customers with the broadest and
most unified set of payment solutions. With our comprehensive suite
of software products and hosted services, we now provide an even
more robust set of solutions for electronic payments, transaction
banking, mobile, branch and voice banking, fraud detection and
trade finance.”
Although the company did not reveal exact
details, it said that the addition of S1 has enhanced the scale of
ACI’s product portfolio and that support staff count has
doubled.
