Electronic payments company ACI is set to facilitate Pearl Harbor Federal Credit Union’s (PHFCU) online and mobile banking and bill payment services through its integrated online banking platform WebFederal.

As per the arrangement, PHFCU will host its application in ACI’s secure and fully compliant data centers, which provides banking and payment solutions for over 4,000 financial institutions, retailers and billers.

Pearl Harbor Federal Credit Union president and CEO Neal Takase said "With ACI’s integrated online banking and bill pay platform, we provide our members with stress-free ways to manage their banking affairs."

The integration is said to be on the back of PHFCU commitment to provide a multi-channel experience for its customers to deliver outstanding service while maximizing efficiencies.

ACI Worldwide senior vice president Eric Labiak said: "Our flexible and scalable solutions provide control and choice to credit unions as they expand their operations and evolve to meet the needs of their members. We’re proud to have so many long-time customers like PHFCU expand their relationships and continue innovating with ACI."
