1st National Bank of Scotia has selected MK Decision’s Credit Card Origination System (CCOS) to enable mobile-first credit card applications for their customers.

The tie-up will allow customers of the New York-based lender to apply for credit cards online via MK’s digital platform.

SalesFunnel will enable the customers to make informed decisions by offering detailed credit card landing pages. They will be assisted by AppFlow throughout the online application process while MK’s SecureSign will facilitate digital signatures on disclosures.

Additionally, the customers will be provided automated updates throughout the approval and onboarding process through  MK’s Messaging system.

1st National Bank of Scotia president and CEO John Buhrmaster said: “ICBA Bancard vets all of its vendors for us, they negotiate the contracts.

“When they let me know that they were in negotiations with MK Decision that was all I needed to know that the company had been properly vetted and had an excellent product to help community banks grow their credit card portfolios.”
