The US Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) has partnered with PayPal and Dwolla to offer their digital wallets as payment options for Pay.gov, the government’s web based collection portal.

The implementation comprises part of the government’s ongoing effort to shift from paper-based payments processes to electronic transactions for the Federal Government.

Via the partnerships, Fiscal Service will expand the options to customers for transactions with the Federal Government, providing them greater choice and a better user experience.
